Check OUT by 10:30
Different check in and check out times must be agreed at least 48H before
It is preferable to communicate your arrival time

Guests are required to show a valid identification document with photo and a credit card as guarantee.

Any sums or amounts of the reservation must be paid upon arrival.


Parties and events are not allowed
No smoking inside
Guests must respect the silence between 23:00 and 08:00
Animals are not allowed
The conditions relating to cancellation and prepayment vary according to the type of apartment and rate.

If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be asked to pay up to EUR 250 after checkout under the Property Damage Policy.
